Three Models to select
from...
Tides and currents are the key to saltwater fishing -
the convergence of currents is often where fish ambush
prey. Your strategy is to fish these "crosscurrents"
- deftly placing the fly to the fish.
These rods were developed from a collective pool of angling
expertise - hundreds shared their fly casting and fishing
expertise including Flip Pallot, Jose Wejebe, Steve Rajeff,
and Gary Loomis.
Extremely fast and powerful, yet lightweight, the GLX
and Pro-1 rods feature distinctive reel seats and super
light (nickel-titanium RECOIL stripper and snake guide
system. Crush them down and they pop back up! All Cross
Current rods are a blend of strength, durability, and
beauty.

Cross Current
These rods are among the best performance value fly rods
available, the standard Cross Current series rods are
extremely forgiving and very lightweight (this actually
helps to minimize the most common fly casting mistake
- the tailing loop). The standard Cross Current is designed
with a multi-taper tip, they feel slightly stiffer than
other Loomis series rods. The design enables the Cross
Current to generate high speed and create a slightly wider
casting loop. |
